We ship via UPS. Shipments are sent Monday through Friday, except holidays. No orders will be shipped Saturday or Sunday. Satin Sheet-A-Gram will make every attempt to ship your sheets on the same day you ordered if your order was placed before 1 pm eastern time. All exchanges subject to a $17 restocking fee.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
At this time, Satin Sheet-A-Gram is only shipping to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges only. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of placing the order. Phone authorization is required for all exchanges. Merchandise must be sent to Satin Sheet-A-Gram in NEW, UNUSED, UNOPENED, condition, in original packaging. Merchandise not in resalable condition will not be exchanged and will be held by us for you to claim.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be added to send an exchange shipment.
